Creative Technology Zen Micro Black (6 GB) MP3 Player

I loved this thing when I first got it! That is, a mere 4 months ago. And I continued to enjoy it until the on/off switch completely stopped working. I did nothing to damage the player. Now I have to pay $24.95 and mail it back to Creative Labs in order to get it fixed! They have a really tricky warranty. You think you're getting a one year warranty, but it's really just 3 months long. If you look online at other review sites where people have actually owned this device for a bit of time, you will see that many people had problems with the switches and the headphone jack. If you are going to buy this, get an additional store warranty because it is not meant to last! It's too bad, because other than that, it's great.
