Review: I was compelled to buy this player because it was a bit cheaper than the iPod. I've had it for three months now and I find my player to be a real pain in the neck. Here's why:

Pros: Reliable, ample storage, sturdy, useful features
Cons: Needs more adjustment on touchpad sensitivity, earbuds need redesign
The Bottom Line: If you've identified what you want in an mp3 player and it's not equivalent to the top of the line then consider this player.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I bought the 6 GB Zen Micro about a year ago almost to the date because I figured an MP3 player would be a good investment for what I was going to be doing. I was going to spend a month and a half backpacking through Europe. Sure the sounds of...

Pros: 3,000 songs, worth your money, easy scrolling through menus, great sound quality!
Cons: Black and White, no games
The Bottom Line: I recommend that you get this and not an iPod or else you will be sorry because you can hold much more songs and is well worth your money.

Review: This mp3 player is much better than an iPod. I got this last year the day after Thanksgiving, and it had served me profoundly!
One of the main reasons why this is better than an iPod is that this is a 6 GB mp3 player, and the iPod that is... |

Pros: Good sound.
Cons: Only works with Win XP. Bulky. Oversensitive touch panel.
The Bottom Line: Buy the Ipod. Just do it.

Review: I feel completely conned by Creative. Buying the Zen Micro has proved to be one of those frustrating consumer experiences where you think you are buying one thing, but you get something different, and then the manufacturer doesn't seem to care.

Review: I loved this thing when I first got it! That is, a mere 4 months ago. And I continued to enjoy it until the on/off switch completely stopped working. I did nothing to damage the player. Now I have to pay $24.95 and mail it back to Creative Labs in...

Pros: It was a neat little MP3 player for the 2-3 months it lasted.
Cons: Headphone port is practically guaranteed to die within three months. No customer support whatsoever.
The Bottom Line: Please avoid this product, it's neat while it lasts, but the agony you'll have endure to keep it going just isn't worth it. Further, don't expect any help from Creative.

Review: This is my first time leaving feedback for anything, I usually don't bother with the effort or don't find the situation significant enough to do such a thing. On this occassion, however, I found my "Creative Experience" so unique, that I had to make...

Pros: pc friendly, looks cool
Cons: major operational problems made worse with the battery drain firmware patch
The Bottom Line: My zen experienced horrible battery drain, and the firmware patch that was supposed to fix it rendered my zen unusable.

Review: I was thrilled when I first bought it, I didn't want to buy an ipod because I wanted something PC friendly that synched with outlook. Initially it worked wonderfully, I was happy as a peach. It was cute, blue, small, and a great alternative to the...
