Creative Technology Live! Cam Voice Web Cam

For use with Skype, the super directional microphone is really very good. It stops echo from returning to the caller. The camera quality is reasonable at 1.3 megapixels.

The software is very bad, though. After a Skype video call, when I unplug the camera from the USB port, Windows often crashes (probability=about 25%). The bundled software when installed worked fine, but when I upgraded the driver from the Creative website, the bundled software became unable to detect the camera. Upgraded the bundled software, and it still couldn't detect the camera. Reboot? same. But Skype is able to find it just fine (though you must tell Skype to read from "USB Audio"), so I am satisfied.
