Perfect Car Seat? No such thing, but Summit Comes the Closest

This is the only toddler/booster seat that Consumer Reports recommends

The Bottom Line: We like this seat for its ability to accommodate our taller, lighter toddler, and for its recommendation from Consumer Reports.
