Pros:
Easy to install, full head rest protection, sits high up
Cons:
Not much padding, only 2 seatbelt guide slots, no arm rests or drink holder.
The Bottom Line:
A good seat for the money. Frame is just like the higher priced seats but with less frills (and padding). Works like it's supposed to and is easy to install.

We had a Safety 1st Vantage Point Booster seat for my daughter. We used the 5 point harness system until she turned 40 lbs. and was ready to stop using the 5-point harness and just use it as a booster seat. We now have a 2nd child who just turned one and he was needing to forward face. Instead of paying another $100 for another 5 point booster seat we decided to let him have the Safety 1st seat and purchased the Cosco Voyager booster seat for our daughter. The weight range is from 30-80 lbs. and a height range of 29"-52". Be sure to check the laws in your state for when to put a child in a booster seat and for how long they should be in one. I liked the fact that it was a full sized seat with a head rest area. That way if she falls asleep her head will have somewhere to go. Also, a full sized booster seat is supposed to protect the head and neck in cars that don't have head rests (ours does). It's very easy to install. Just put it in, run the belt through one of the guides (upper or lower) and across the child, and fasten. That's it. To be honest after tugging and pulling and fighting with a locking clip to make sure the other car seat was in properly with no movement it was a little unnerving to just put this seat in the car and put her in it with just the seat belt. I'm so used to having to restrain the seat itself. She likes the fact that it sits up high and she can see better and she has more freedom to move. There isn't much padding at all and I was afraid she'd be uncomfortable. She has never complained about being uncomfortable though. After comparing this seat with my higher priced combo seat it's really not much different. The frame is pretty much the same thing. The higher priced one just has more cushion and a few extras. I'm pleased with the purchase so far.
PROS:
This seat is very easy to use. Just put in the car and fasten the seatbelt over the child. Cover removes easily for washing. Sits up higher than most 5 point harness/booster seat combos so the child can see out of the windows better. Full seat has the head rest to protect the child's head and neck in a crash. The cover is removable and is washable and can be dried in the dryer.
CONS:
There isn't a whole lot of padding in this seat. It's just a very thin pad covered with cloth on top of the plastic frame. Not cushy at all. Does not come with a cup holder or arm rests (in case your child likes arm rests). Only 2 seat belt guide slots and they aren't adjustable like they are in higher priced seats. You just have the 2 choices of belt height.
