Love it so much I have two!
Pros:
Easy shoulder height and harness adjustment, long life, 3-in-one is amazing!
Cons:
Harness straps tend to twist, cover can be difficult to remove and clean
The Bottom Line:
Great seat - pretty much guaranteed to be the only seat you ever need after your child outgrows the infant carrier.

Author's Review
We bought our first Alpha Omega for our son in 2002, as he was growing like crazy and I wanted to be sure we had a seat that would keep him rear facing until he reached the requirements (1 year old, standing, over 20 lbs) for being turned around - the fact that he could be rear facing until 35 lbs and the seat turns into a booster when he was too big for a forward facing seat was a major factor in our decision. We purchased a second Alpha Omega in 2003 for hubby's vehicle.
DS, at age 6, is now using the original Alpha Omega as a booster, and DD, age 3, is using the second Alpha Omega FF - I REALLY like that the newer seat has the UAS feature, as it locks tight into our van no problem!
The other feature I like, is that the "life" of the seat, as recommended by the manufacturer, is 8 years - so the original seat is good for 2 more years, while the 2nd seat is good for 3 more years - DD should be almost out of her booster by then and could move to a booster cushion.
One feature I REALLY like with this seat, and I haven't seen it on any other seat, is the adjustable shoulder strap height - no unthreading or rethreading of the harness straps!!! Also, the one hand harness tightener makes it a breeze to tighten over snowsuits etc.
