Horrible business practices

Cons: takes lots of hands on work to get usable data, horrible business practices

Product was acceptable, but business practices are absurd. Software upgrade to run on Vista is $120. I only paid a bit more than that for the Executive 700C. I'll continue to run on my older XP desktop but would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for something you can depend on.
