Conair Clothes Steamer GS 15 - Good for a quick fix

I'm always looking for a quick fix to to get wrinkles out of clothes, primarily blouses for work. I just hate to get that old iron and ironing board out to iron one item! Remembering seeing those steamers at the laundromat in the olden days when I use to take my clothes to the Wash 'Em Up, I decided to venture into the small appliance aisles the next time I was in a major discount or department store.

After looking at some cheap flunky models, I found was this handy-dandy ,Conair GS15 Deluxe Handheld Fabric Steamer. It's features are:

Lightweight.

A clear water reservoir with a removable fabric/lint brush attachment.

It has a 650 watt heater that heats the water up fast for steam.

There is a little rubber tipped cover where you can put regular tap water in.

A light comes on in a minute or two to tell you the water or steam is ready.

It comes with a drawstring bag to store it in.

The Conair GS15 Deluxe Handheld Fabric Steamer has a long power cord so you don't have to worry about reaching the garment.

The water reservoir will steam approximately 4 items before it runs out of steam.

So now I can remove wrinkles from clothes without an ironing board. Also good for those slightly wrinkled curtains that stayed in the dryer too long.

I found the Conair GS15 Deluxe Handheld Fabric Steamer is really great to have when you're on vacation and you don't want to drag out an iron and ironing board in the hotel room for a just bought outfit with a few folding wrinkles in it.

Would I recommend it for a permanent replacement for the iron? NO, there is ultimately some wrinkles it can't steam out cause of the type material. But for a quick fix this is the steamer to pack!

Do Not Buy those upright models that look like a can of upholstery cleaner! My husband bought me one of those first and they are dangerous! Water leaked out and they have to be set on a flat surface when not using.
