This is my summer home

I bought this tent about a year ago for about 100 dollars from our Coleman outlet store. I've spent approximately 20 - 25 nights camping in tent in a New England summer and fall. While I have not had any major problems with the tent there are a few annoyances (see below).

Pro's:
Just like every other Coleman tent I've owned this one is great at keeping out moisture. The seams are pre sealed and the bottom floor seam is plenty high off the ground. The rain fly covers the top well while not blocking the windows too much. This is not the caliber of tent you'll find at camping and specialty stores (ie North Face, etc), so the price for it's size and quality is about right. The outside mat is great for kicking of shoes and not tracking dirt inside. I also like the quality and strength of the mesh netting (no bugs, easy to see through, and no rips yet).

Cons:
Do not take this tent beach camping. Because of it's large footprint it starts sinking and sagging. This tent is also a bit of a pain to setup, due to its tri-pole center and two side polls, plan on about an hour the first time you use it and 30 minutes there after. Getting the tent back in it's storage bag is a feat in of itself (though this has been my experience with all tents). I wish Coleman would supply better stakes with their tents as well, they bend pretty easy.
