Best grill I've used in years!

Like the other reviewer I highly recommend this grill.

Here's a few corrections and notes:
1. You can cook with the lid down as it is porcelain coated and there are vents in the rear.
2. Food does stick if you don't use a cooking spray. Pam makes a special spray for the BBQ. The advantages of porcelain coated cast-iron outweighs this disadvantage however as cast-iron provides a uniform temperature from edge to edge. If you decide that convenience is more important, there are teflon coated aluminum grates available.
3. The base is aluminum and cleans up very easily with a soapy towel.
4. There is an accessory hose available to allow the use of a standard propane tank and I highly recommend you buy one. I found a Char-Broil hose that works perfectly with this grill for $16 at Home Depot.
5. I purchased this grill at Fred Meyer's in Beaverton, Oregon. Fred Meyer has an exclusive package that includes the burner grate which essentially turns one of the burners into a standard stove for cooking side dishes and it also comes with a very heavy gauge cover that is better than any I've seen.

I've used a couple of other grills and I was just about ready to spend $500 for a Weber. Cheap grills usually have lousy burners. My old Kenmore grill would rust out after a couple of years of use. This one has great burners. Every part looks like quality construction. It includes a 5 year warranty. My main objection to larger grills (aside from the price) is that they are hard to store during the winter. I have a small garage and this grill will easily fit in the corner when the grilling season is over.
This grill gets hot fast and is ready to use in just a few minutes. The controls are very easy to use and are well made. The steaks and burgers I've cooked have all come out great! I love cooking vegetables on the griddle.
