Pros: Cheap. I may have received a bad set.

These didn't turn out to be noise canceling. They are noise generators. Noticeable hiss no matter what volume setting.

Eliminates background Noise? NOT.

There was no discernible difference in background level on or off. No background noise reduction other than having my ears plugged.

Audio quality? Didn't even try them, why bother.
