Cons: Does not display the formats claimed by Coby.

Coby states that the DP-772 will display JPEG and BMP formats but it does not. It will not display BMP, and fails to display grayscale JPEG, as confirmed by their tech support. The corporation will not respond to the complaint, while replacing the DP-772 is fruitless because all units have the same problems.
