Good Radar Detector

I can't get the compass to work correctly.

I think it works great. Even with the compass issue, I am still very satisfied with this detector.

I have this radar detector, and I like it alot. It has good range, whether I'm driving down the freeway or in a neighborhood. It covers a great distance. It also has alerts to alot of different frequencies, which is a big plus in my book.. I have the option of turning off some of the frequencies, which is very convinent, because the X frequency goes off every few minutes in my city.
I believe the only difference between this model and the model directly above it, is that there is a different screen. But the price range was about $50 higher! When I compared both models stats next to each other, everything was exactly the same, except for the screen. One was in Color, one wasnt.
Although, the only bad thing is that I've never been able to configure the compass correctly. I've tried, on multiple occasions. With the book out. Other people have attempted. I think it's broken. I look like an idiot driving in circles in a parking lot.
Other than the compass issue, I am very satisfied with this radar detector. In fact, I recommended it to my cousin, and he went out and bought it, and he's satisfied with it too.
