Better than Grant's Atlas

If you're just looking for an atlas for anatomy then go with Netter. But if you're looking for an actual anatomy text book, this is a pretty good choice. The text is well-written and fairly concise and clinically relevant excerpts are highlighted in blue. The diagrams range from simple, black and white sketchings to full-page color renderings that are on average very good. X-rays and other imaging studies are interspersed as well (a nice touch). At just over 900 pages, this is by no means a review book and is way to dense to be useful for the USMLE Step 1 (anatomy is a low yield boards subject anyway). However, it makes a great class text and will remain useful well into the clinical years. The clinical correlations, organization, and diagrams are all of higher quality than Grant's atlas and text.
