A good phone for light use with some minor problems.

Pros: Clear VOIP, easy to read and use LCD screen and menus

Cons: No extra headset jack, must manually reset during power loss. No VM during power loss.

The Bottom Line: is this is a good standard desk phone with VOIP and it is easy to use.
