Does pregnancy fat ever go away? Depending on your body type... But for Cindy Crawford not only is the answer yes, but it is yes quickly!
I was not as fortunate as Cindy to lose my after baby fat. I did lose most of it but felt that I needed to begin toning my body to help my appearance. I found out through an online store, that this video was going to be released in the spring. I was so excited!! I had exercised with some of Cindy's other tapes and could not wait until this video was available! Upon the release I raced to the online shopping source and pushed the submit button to have my order shipped ASAP.
When I received it and began watching it and working out with it, I was just as happy as I thought I might be. Cindy Crawford does a wonderful job in helping to produce exercise videos. She is an inspiration to all mothers who want to have their prepregnancy bodies back.
The tape is done in 3 parts. I considered this unique... Part one is more of a warmup segment. It is designed for women to do shortly after birth. There are very simple exercises that are not strenuous and are okayed with doctors to be done within the first 6 weeks after birth. The exercises include stretching, abdominals, and a few other easy going ones. The segment is only about 10 minutes long and can be done without too much sweat.
The second part is a little more work. It is designed for 6 weeks after birth, when most women have been okayed to exercise by their doctor. It is about 20 minutes long and does a little more strenuous exercises such as lunges, and more abdominals. You will probably sweat to this one if you are not in good shape. It also helps to tone your body and prepare you for the exercises in part three.
And the last segment is much longer. It is a fuller workout of about 40 minutes. It contains ab workouts, lunges, squats, more abs, and plenty of stretching. I found that I needed to work my way up to doing this one. I tried doing it the first week I had the tape and could do it, but I was really sore afterwards and tired. This third segment is for more novice exercisers, or women in better shape.
The great part about the tape is that it is literally designed for women who have given birth! It goes through various exercises that are specially designed to help retone the muscles that went flabby and dead during pregnancy. Especially the abdominals which do not get any workout during pregnancy.
Though I have not been as faithful to exercising with the tape as I should have, I have noticed an increase in my own energy since beginning the tape. There are days that I do the part one, and other days I do the part three. It all depends on the amount of time I have. And with the 3 workouts to choose from that makes it versatile to women who have more time today than they may tomorrow.
One thing I would like to point out... Though Cindy does look so wonderful in her tight exercise apparel, she has no noticable stretch marks, and her flabby tummy is no longer flabby -- she also has a personal trainer to make her workout everyday. I don't.... Therefore my tight unattractive exercise apparel and stretch marks and flabby tummy are a part of me now as a mother. So don't buy this tape if you know you will end up looking like Cindy in a few days time of working out. It ain't gonna happen honey. Buy the tape to better your health and tone your body. Love your body for what it has become and will become. Don't ever feel disgusting because you cannot compare to Cindy Crawford. And leave the biker shorts to Cindy.
