Story begins in the castle library, where The Fairy Godmother is going to read a story. When they finally get there, she has just finished the story of Cinderella. Is there another book about Cinderellie? No Jaq there is not, this is the only story of Cinderella. Can we make a storybook about after they got married? asked Gus and Jaq. All the other mice were on board to help make the book and give it to Cinderella. With a magical Bippity Boppity Boo the Fairy Godmother made the book and bounded the pages.

Cinderella and the Prince are heading home. The Royal Banquet is only days away. Prudence has always handled the banquet but now that there is a Princess in the castle it is her job. The Prince assures her he will be there to help her along the way, but when they get home the King has other plans for his son and the Duke. So off the King, the Duke and the Prince leave the royal banquet in Princess Cinderella & Prudences capable hands. Prudence has her hands full.
Prudence heads in the next morning to awaken the Princess only to find the hound in bed, so where is the Princess? The Princess is missing, the Princess is missing Prudence shouts all over the castle. She heads to the kitchen to ask if anyone there has seen the Princess. Yet she finds Cinderella making breakfast. She unkindly asks where the Princess is. Good morning Prudence, would you like some breakfast?
Princesses do not make breakfast that is what the cook does. Now look at you all in those tatty clothes, lets get you properly dressed. But by the time Prudence is through with her Cinderella does not look like Cinderella. After a full morning of disaster after disaster, Cinderella flees to her room in tears, of course the mice are all there to help. When Cinderella realizes that the reason she can not do anything right is because she is NOT Cinderella. Once she gets into the grind as herself things run very well.
Tall Tail
Screenplay: J. Selby & T. Rogers
The Spring Festival is about to begin. It is Cinderellas job to make sure the final details are in place. Poor Jaq just wants to help Cinderella like he always has before, but now all he does is create problems. Cinderella asks if Jaq will come with her to the fairgrounds. Jaq of course agrees, but she does not see or hear him when she gets to the stables. Poor Jaq is left behind again.
Pom Pom the cat is very willing to end his misery but the Fairy Godmother appears and grants Jaq his wish to be big and human so that he can help Cinderella without making a disaster. So with a Bippity Boppity Boo Jaq the mouse turns into Sir Hugh the human. Though to Pom Pom that just means Sir Hugh equals 10 mice, poor Jaq. But as a human Jaq/Hugh isnt doing any better all because of Pom Pom. Even though Jaq/Hugh is human he is still scared of the stupid cat. But in the end Jaq realizes he is better off as he is.
Uncommon Romance
Screenplay: T. Rogers
There is a ball in the works so the Stepmother is heading to town to get them new dresses with her two daughters. While theyre acting all snotty the bakers freshly baked breads aroma lures Anastasia to the bread shop. Their see locks eyes with the baker. They both get that love look in their eyes, but before either can say a peep, the Stepmother enters and belittles the baker in front of all three of them. He is beneath her and is not worthy of her interest. Cinderella oversees/overhears all that transpired. Cinderella convinces Anastasia to come back at noon tomorrow to see her and then they will go to the baker. This is of the 3 the shortest but has the most lessons behind it.

My Final Two-Cents:
By recommendation we did not buy this movie, however we did rent it. It is good to rent but not worth buying. I am going to recommend this movie even though I personally would not buy it. Why you ask, because my younger two kids are boys and they were practically falling asleep watching it. I would easily say if I had a little girl we would get this, but since Jessica is 10 it really is not worth it. The music and general messages delivered by each story is great lessons for kids to learn.
