Pros: Good flavor. Not too overpowering

Cons: Bitter aftertaste.

The Bottom Line: An excellent Vodka which I will get if Belvedere is not available.

Chopin has a less "Vodka" taste and body to it initially than Belvedere but has a slight bite or bitter after taste. It has nowhere the bite and harshness of Grey Goose and some people I have try it out like it because it lacks the strong body of Belvedere while also not having the bite of Grey Goose. I prefer either of the Polish Vodkas to the French Grey Goose which is a distant third in my opinion. Be warned if you try Chopin and Belvedere you will be forever spoiled and will never again be able to stand the non premium Vodkas.
