Bulky but Practical

I received the Chicco Key Fit 30 Travel System (car seat and stroller)in Cortina as a baby shower gift and I absolutely love it. I use the carseat and stroller just about everyday. I get many compliments from passerbys. The car seat is heavy, but I can carry it without any problems. As my daughter grows gradually, I gradually get stronger! I was worried the car seat wouldn't fit into my trunk (I drive a dodge neon) but it fits just fine.

Pros:
1. Practical
2. Stylish
3. Ease putting car seat into stroller and base in car with a click!
4. Tighten/Release shoulder straps with ease on car seat
5. Shoulder strap adjustment as your child grows on car seat
6. Cup holder and small compartment on stroller
7. Height adjustment on stroller
8. Ease of opening and closing stroller for storage

Cons:
1. Bulky (doesn't fit on any shopping cart)
2. Heavy
3. Needs more head and body support for newborns
4. The canopy is too short, doesn't do a good job blocking the sun.

Suggestions:
Get the Snuzzler - Head & Body Support @ babies R us (my newborn loved it and looked so much more comfortable! She would thank me for it if she could).

Get the Stroll'r Swivel'rs (this helps to hold shopping bags and diaper bags when the bottom storage area is full).

Get a second base if you have two cars. There have been many times myself or my husband have left without switching the base in the right car.
