Driving through the desert
I had a Chevy Tahoe for a work vehicle with my current job. It has been a great and dependable vehicle that I have never had to worry about problems. There have been no problems at all with this SUV. It has all the options that you would want. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive. It will not only get you where you need to go, but where you want to go too.
The 350 cubic inch motor has been a Chevy tradition. It is an engine that has a long history of dependability. This motor has been developed and improved for many decades. With that being the case, I challenge you to find a flaw with the motor. It has plenty of power to do anything from grab the groceries, to tow all of your toys. Combined with the automatic transmission, it was a dependable vehicle that you never needed to worry about being stuck in the middle of nowhere. The motor got a consistent 20-MPG. It drives smooth, and comfortable. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive. It handles well, and has the power to get up and go. Trips arent loud either, because there is little engine and road noise.
The Tahoe has great creature comfort options. The vehicle has the ever-popular power options, like windows, locks, and a power drivers seat. It also has a consistent cruise control that keeps you out of trouble. If I dont have cruise control, I have a tendency to speed. This cruise control holds its speed, no mater where you are driving. Another good option is the automatic four-wheel drive. That is an option that needs to work well, and I will never go without for my four-wheel drive vehicles. I have been stuck on the side of the mountain a time or two. It is nerve racking having to climb out of the vehicle to lock in the hubs. It is also vital in automatic four-wheel drive that youre not worrying if you are actually in four-wheel drive or not. This vehicle never had any problems shifting in and out of four-wheel drive. That is a safety feature that I can never go without.
The seats in the Tahoe are great. They are big comfortable seats. They are great for any length of trips. One thing that I love about this vehicle is the space that it has. There is plenty of leg and headroom, no matter how tall that you are. The seats even have that space, if you are sitting in the back. The only place that I would never have an adult sit for long trips would be the third row seating. The third row is okay for shorter trips, but gets cramped after a while. Another great feature about the third row seating is how easy it is to remove and replace. That way if you need extra storage space, remove the seats, and there is plenty of space in the rear hatch.
This is a vehicle that I was quite skeptical about at first. I probable would not have purchased one on my own. Now that I have been able to drive this vehicle, I would not hesitate in buying one for my own personal use. It is a solid built vehicle, with very few problems. It has everything that I need and want in a vehicle. The Chevy Tahoe is an SUV that everyone can enjoy.
