Review: I just bought my 2005 Aveo LT 5 days ago and I love it so far. I bought the Aveo because I needed a economical car and so far the gas mileage is good. I did test drive a Echo and I did not like the ride as much as my Aveo. When I went car hunting my...

Pros: Excellent gas mileage. Able to park in tight spaces. Quick and agile.
Cons: No power locks, windows or cruise control.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this car to someone who makes long commutes and wants to ride in style, comfort and save money.

Review: I purchased my Aveo in Sept of '05. I had previously had a '03 Olds Alero but it was flooded out by Hurricane Katrina. At first this wasn't the type of car I would have bought. It seemed small and cheap looking, especially the 4 door sedan.

Pros: Cheap, lots of standard features, and good quality.
Cons: Unsteady in strong winds. Poor hold button positioning.
The Bottom Line: Good value for the money. Good quality. Quiet. Roomy. Fairly economical. Will haul big items. Look at the Aveo before spending the extra money on a Toyota Echo.

Review: I bought the hatchback model recently and immediately took a thousand mile trip with it.

Pros: The steering is responsive and driving it is a breeze.
Cons: Placement of the controls in the cockpit threw me off for a moment.
The Bottom Line: If you are tired of sucking cash out of your credit cards at every fuel stop, then the Aveo might be right for you.

Review: Sweltering winds mixed with the pleasant warm sunrays from above are delightful signs that highlight the beginning of a wonderful summer. Along with a change in the weather, perhaps there's been a change in your personal situation - - like the...

Pros: Great gas mileage, versatility of a hatchback, roomier than it looks, peppy, can park anywhere!
Cons: The ride can be a bit bumpy and there's a small blind spot.
The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend the Aveo for those who want a lot of car for little money. Be forewarned, though: the extras can jack up the price.

Review: We did online research and found this exact car at a local dealership so we knew up front what was available. We owe a lot to the dealership for getting us in a car--our credit ain't the best. But they probably wanted to get rid of the vehicle: it's...
