A great value if you don't have to pay full retail price.
Pros:
Power, gas mileage, cruising comfort, climate control, interior space, easy in&out seats.
Cons:
Very stiff ride, interior uses too much cheap plastic, uncomfortable rear seating.

Author's Review
We purchased a 2003 GM program Express 15 passenger van with 12k miles on it for $14,600. The MSRP was $33k. At $14,600, this van is an exceptional deal. If I had paid anything over $18k for this van, I would have been extremely disappointed at the fit and finish, the amenities, the seating and the handling of this vehicle.
The power and gas mileage is above average for this size of vehicle. The amount of room is incredible. The climate controls are exceptional for the amount of glass and interior that the system must cool, heat and defog. This van does an excellent job at keeping everyone in the front and back comfortable.
We have five kids and a Mastiff, so this was the only practical vehicle for us. The Suburban type vehicles did not give the easy access, or the room that this vehicle has.
If you have more 4 or more kids, or more than five in your family, the Express van is the way to go, and it costs a lot less than an SUV.
