Pros: Easy to drive, good handling, fun to drive, its like a tank - you can do whatever you want with it.

Cons: Could use a slightly larger engine (which is an option).

I have a 1991 Lumina four door sedan model. Its a tank. I've put it through so much abuse, and it still runs great. Still has close to original acceleration and braking power - at 80,000 miles.

My 91 Lumina (I also have 1996 :-)) is my every day driver. What I love about it the most is that the steering and braking sensitivity are perfect for me - it's hard to describe, but its fun to drive. The acceleration is good too (would be even better with a big engine). I've managed to peel out a few times too (shhh - don't tell anyone ;-)). The Lumina is very easy to drive, and fairly good handling.
There are only two things I dislike, and one is my fault, sooo here they are:
-The parking brake keeps having problems. Twice I couldn't get it out of park. I don't think its a problem with every Lumina, just mine has a defect.
-The struts seem to go a little fast. This is my fault I believe. I routinely go over speed bumps on my daily drives, and usually go too fast because I am always running late.

This car is indomitable - its a tank.
