Pros: Well, it MUST be very cheap to buy!

Cons: Poor handling, poor ride, very poor sound deadening, low quality trim and finish.

And being today's Chevette is not a good thing. I just rented one. It drove/road/handled/braked like a 1975 Pinto I once owned. And the road noise was so loud that conversation at 55 mph was hard, perhaps due to a loud and obviously bad rear differential.
