Pros: fast preheat, easy to use, knobs, convenient, CAST IRON GRATES!
Cons: no propane gauge, no temp gauge (can put one in)
The Bottom Line: Not keen on getting a grill, but after having the CHARBROIL BIG EASY, I can see why people love their grills. This is one excellent grill for a reasonable price.
Review: NOTE: Through the process of doing research on this grill for personal interest, I found the reviews in this site confusing and different than the listed model. Conflicting comments about this grill served to further confuse the issue as there was a...

Pros: Easy to use, sturdy, good looking
Cons: The silly starter button
The Bottom Line: Despite a few problems, we are pleased with the Char- Broil Big Easy. I would purchase it again.
Review: Now that we have been in our new home for a couple of weeks and it finally stopped raining, it was time to fire up the new grill. Hallelujah! After living in a third floor apartment for the past three years I realized how much I missed grilling out on...

Pros: Easy assembly, no tools except for rotisserie. No messy lava rocks, easy clean-up.
Cons: Cast iron grates would have been nice.
The Bottom Line: If you want a great gas grill with minimum flare up and don't want to spend a fortune, than the Big Easy is for you.
Review: After much deliberating and shopping around for a new Barbecue, I finally settled on the Big Easy 8000.
I had an old Fiesta Spacemaker lava rock job. After 10 years, 3 burners, two grates and countless igniters my wife and I decided that it was... |

Pros: Very hot, but able to use different burners to create cooler areas.
Cons: Tank holder seems flimsy
Review: My old grill bit the dust. Found this one on clearance for $160, figured what the heck. Lots of features (tons for $160). Easy to assemble. Grill plate works well for grilling Pizza's (the only way to make a pizza!). Just threw a party with 10 lbs of ...

Pros: Large cooking area, full rotisserie kit, easy controls, interchangeable grates.
Cons: Hard to assemble, many parts made cheaply and don't go together well. Hard to clean.
The Bottom Line: It cooks food, but a blowtorch could do that too, and a blowtorch's hotspots probably aren't as bad as this grill's. Not the best grill for your money.
Review: I had been lusting after this grill for a year after hearing about how wonderful it was from one of my friends who has basically the same grill. I had to wait a year to get one because I lived in an apartment, and fire code prohibited having a grill (a ...

Pros: ease of set up, 3 independent burners
Cons: flair-ups, uneven heat distribution, durability, expensive replacement parts
The Bottom Line: Constant flair-ups. poor durability, & extremely costly replacement parts make this a grill to avoid at all costs.
Review: I bought this grill after reading all the wonderful reviews. The model I own has 3 interior burners but no side burner. Maybe I got a lemon, but this is the worst grill I have ever owned. The only positives are that the grill was easy to assemble ...
