I got it for Christmas, so I guess I can't complain too much, but honestly, it's never worked quite right. The big play button is the main beef, mainly due to its selectivity in functioning. Sometimes it plays the music. sometimes it pauses the music. Sometimes it turns off the player. Most of the time it does nothing at all. The "mode" button is the same way, and heaven help you if you get stuck in "preview" mode The radio function doesn't pick up any stations, just static, and locks the player up so the only way to do anything, including turning it off, is to remove the battery. Also, the volume buttons decided that + means decrease volume and - means increase, and operate accordingly. The instructions are all in Japanese, and are no help at all. Over time, the headphone jack loosened up so that tape was required to keep the headphone plug in. It also developed a habit of freezing when you try and skip more than 3 songs at a time. It broke yesterday when i bumped into a door frame with it in my pocket and the screen exploded. It was only 6 months old.
