Pros: good quality camcorder. and price is good

Cons: improve on the camera funcation, and mpeg format

This is my 3rd camcorder since early 1990's, a JVC, and a Sharp, and this Canon.
I was very happy with my JVC, but not the sharp. And to compare with those two I had. This canon is much a better product than other two.
The picture is very clear, the sound is clear. And it is very easy to use. Especially the control is like joystick. It is very user friendly.
There are a couple functions I think they should improvement on. One is the picture function should have more resolutions. And also the video on SD Card. the high resolution is only 10 seconds and low resolution is only 30 seconds. Either have good quality.
I paid $349.99 at Circuit City and I got a free carry bag and a tri-pod.
