Rookie preferred, ease to use, lots of functions, SMALL

by   ike301 ,  Dec 29, 2003
Pros: TINY. LIGHT. Easy to use. Lots of functionality. Rechargable battery is great.
Cons: Zoom sucks. Have to update firmware for non-canon memory cards (i.e. sandisk).
The Bottom Line: Great party cam to take along with you for candid shots, still shots, and events. The functionality is there.
Review: As a first time buyer, this cam probably suits my persona the best. Lightweight, tiny, sturdy, rechargable battery, and 3.2 megapix, this camera was a match made in heaven. With easy touch pad menus, functionality took less than 2 weeks to learn. ...

Canon PowerShot SD100 elph is Awesome!

by   imhopinion ,  Mar 17, 2004

Cons: I refuse to complain considering the price, size and quality of the photos!
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for durability, ease of use and great picture quality, this is an excellent choice. Get an extra battery and a 128MB or 256MB memory card, too.
