A great beginning to intermediate-level camera

Date of Review:  May 2, 2004
The Bottom Line: This camera takes great photos, is easy to operate, and is a battery miser.
Review: I've had my A75 for two weeks now and am very pleased with the quality of construction, the clarity of images, and the energy efficiency of the camera.

The A75 has a very fast auto focus, a good optical and digital zoom feature, and a very...

Review: I have been a digital camera owner for four or five years now. My first digital camera, a Kodak, was one of the first models with 2.0 megapixels. And I paid a ridiculous premium for that reason.

Today, the technology of digital cameras is...

Great Camera for the price

Date of Review:  Jun 4, 2004
Review: I looked at a number of cameras before deciding on this one. Initially I was looking at the A80, but the salesman talked me out of it, mostly due to the smaller LCD 1.3 inches on the 80. 3.2 megapixels is more than sufficient for my needs. 4.0 MP...

Great Camera for beginers

Date of Review:  Jun 19, 2004
The Bottom Line: Good camera for the price. a definatley should buy
Review: This is a great camera for beginers. I picked this one because of the size, price and megapixels.

One great thing about it is the direct transfer. I can transfer straight from the camera to the harddrive or the desktop wallpaper.

The Bottom Line: Excellent for Point&Shoot users, includes what seems to be every photographic trick; pre-set or manually possible. User manual is NOT user friendly but fits into the camera case.

More than enough for the digital beginner

Date of Review:  Nov 29, 2004
The Bottom Line: The A75 is good for beginners and perfectly fine for those who know a little more.
Review: I recently gave the A75 to my sister for her birthday. Trust me, I researched the hell out of it. It is much better than the 3 meg (Sony) camera that I bought a year ago for a number of reasons. The obvious reasons are the many modes which can be...
