To Buy or Not To Buy, That is the Question

The Bottom Line: If 7.1 MegaPixels excites you,make this your camera. If price is a factor, I'd go with the 610. Both are fine cameras, unfortunately this one comes in plastic.
Review: The electronics store that I frequent recently upgraded to advertise this solid, albeit somewhat poorly constructed camera. Of course the construction issues I have with the Powershot are merely my opinion; however, I do feel they can be significant...

The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend purchasing this for the photo quality, features available and price.
Review: I needed to replace my old Canon A50 (which also takes great pictures but it's not so easy to find batteries for it and the last one I bought nearly caught fire.) The A620 uses AA's, so battery replacement is much easier!

The Bottom Line: Buy it. Some images look fuzzy, but most are really good...especially close ups. Picks up lots of detail. Has some neat features (i.e. color swap). Good movie mode.
