Canon PowerShot A54 Digital Camera Is Great!

I received this camera as a Christmas gift last year. It was my first digital camera. I fell in love with the easy way to use this camera. It is so easy to use. Takes great photos and short videos. It has a 6.0 mega pixels and 4X optical zoom. It has many setting that can be used to create the shots you want.

If you are new to digital cameras, it also offers an "auto" mode that will get you comfortable with the camera. After you are comfortable with the camera, you can set the dial on the top to 10 different modes. This is a great first digital camera.

It is small enough to carry in your purse or hand. It does not come with a camera bag. I do suggest you purchase a bag to keep it from getting scratched up.

It has a nice large screen on the back to view your photos.
The manual is not much help but there are many sites on the internet to help.

It has a place on the bottom to attach a tripod. I do suggest you use a tripod if you shake any.

This camera takes two AA batteries. I found that Lithium batteries work best with this camera.
