Last of the Flip-LCDs

There are lots of reviews scattered around, so I'll just put my couple of impressions in.
The motivating factor for me to get this camera was the requirement of a flip/swivel/tilt LCD.  I'm growing out of my Nikon 4500 with the swivel body, and it allows me to get a really nice variety of shots: over people's heads, upwards from the floor, around corners, basically anywhere you want that's not in the vertical 3-6 feet your head can go.

I almost pulled the trigger on a newer tilt-LCD Powershot 100SX, but the feature set wasn't what I wanted.  I didn't need it's 20x zoom, but did want a good macro.  Also, the 100SX was twice as big, and twice as heavy.  Another nice feature I missed (even though it sounds silly) was an automatic lens cover.  Something new to me is IS image stabilization.  This helps greatly in taking low-light shots, and general sharpness of images. 

I’m very excited about using this camera, and hope it will be with me for longer than the 8 years my Nikon lasted!  Good luck finding this gem...I think they're only available online through retailers outside the US.  They've held their value pretty well too.
