Amazing Camera

I've had this camera for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. It is my first digital slr. I've coupled it with two high end Canon E lenses and the results are impressive.

I recommend that you buy the separate canon flash for bounce. the Canon 580EXII is perfect for fill in daylight as well as low light.

I recommend that you get the silicone cover (from third party). It comes with a screen cover to protect the camera screen.

Be sure to get a second battery. When you battery shows it is low, you don't have too much shooting time left.

Photos have been cropped and enlarged to 8x10 with no signs of pixalation.

I have purchased SanDisk extreme IV 4gb (very high speed) memory as well as the III 8gb (medium speed). I have not seen a difference between the two. Go for the 8gb and get the extra photos, you will not miss the speed. Perhaps if I shot more sustained action photos...
