Nice all around lens

Review: This lens has some faults but with any super zoom give and take is the name of the game. My only complaint is the vignetting but it is easy to correct in PSE-5 or NX.

Oh this lens is not soft it is very sharp, sharper than most lens out...

Impressions on the CANON EOS 30D : finally mature, but still expensive

The Bottom Line: Unless you are making prints of over A3 size, i think this camera is marvelous. Together with the 17-85 mm stabilized zoom, it is sheer unbeatable.
Review: Having used a 300D and a 10D, i hesitated a lot before getting hands on this camera.
I got it with a Canon f4.0-f5.6/17-85 EF-S IS zoom, found it in Sim Lim square in Singapore.
Improvements are not so important: the good things of the 20D...

Amazing Camera

Review: I bought this as a professional photographer and I couldnt be happier. The new 2.5 inch screen is amazing compared to the 20d model. Still would be great to have a 3 in. screen. The quality and manual settings is superb

Review: I disliked this camera so much, I returned it and purchased a Nikon d70s. Canon is not an innovator at all, just tries to keep their sales up with hype. Poor quality, over exposed images (it always uses a flash!). Over priced by about $1300.

Got me away from film

The Bottom Line: Good camera for anyone moving up from the pocket cameras. Remember all the megapixels in the world don't do you any good with out good optics.Canon has great lenses.
