I HAVE A CANON 20D AND HAD THE 75-300 LENS, HARD TO HOLD STILL WITH THE LIGHTER LENS, BUT WITH THE HEAVY LENS AND THE SUPER IMAGE STABILIZER, WOW DON'T HAVE TO USE THE TRIPOD ALL THE TIME NOW,, AND THE SHARP IMAGES, WHAT A TEAM
I HAVE PARKINSON AND BELIEVE ME IT WORKS SUPER....
