The Bottom Line: Great  mid to tele lens to use in real life usage. Doesn't bog you down like an f/2.8 version of the 70-200. Great value.

Great telezoom, even better for a cropped frame camera

The Bottom Line: A great addition to a landscape/wildlife photographer's bag that values light weight, quality equipment which can be transported by foot over many miles.

The Bottom Line: This lens simply too sharp and too nifty to pass by. It is also compatible with Canon's EF1.4xII & 2.0xII extenders if you need higher ranges.

Its all about the image!

The Bottom Line: If you can afford it, buy this lens. It is superb in every way.
Review: I bought this lens after trying the same lens at f2.8. In my opinion this is the superior glass.

The Bottom Line: If you are on a budget and want an L series lens. If you have the money, I recommend the F/2.8 IS over this one though.
