The Bottom Line: Make this your first prime lens. Open up the whole world of seeing and shooting close-in subjects.
Review: You've heard "sharpness" tossed around, and you may think you know what that means. But unless you've been shooting with L-series lenses, you'll see so much more detail than before, you'll have a whole new appreciation for a "sharp"...
