Doesn't Perform As Stated or Expected

The Bottom Line: With the limitations in the software and low price to purchase, it's not really worth the purchase due to the poor clarity of the final output image.
Review: The CameraMate VideoSafe product is supposed to capture video from VCR, DVD, and camcorder players. The box details say the following:

The Bottom Line: I would urge those looking for a product to transfer vhs media to cd/dvd to look elsewhere.based on my experience it is a waste of money.

Poor quality using CamerMate Videosafe

Review: Don't wait for the additional 512mb... It won't due any good. I'm running this on a Pentium 3.0 with 1gm of memory... Same deal - poor quality video. The propix software forces a video quality of LP, which is the lowest setting. I can't find any way...
