The Bottom Line: There may be better routers, but it does everything I need it to, I'd recommend this router to anybody who can find it cheap

Not worth it!

The Bottom Line:

I ve wasted HOURS of my life with Linksys "Customer Care" and sent back THREE defective routers. I'm sending back the FOURTH because they just sent the wrong one.

Review: It worked fine for a year, disconnecting at random intervals like all routers, but not too much. Then the problems began. One day out of the blue, it would connect locally, but not to the Internet, no matter how many times I reset it. My ISP walked...

Linksys-WRT54GC Wireless Router

The Bottom Line: Recommended if you want an inexpensive, compact and portable router from a reputable vendor.
Review: My SMC Barricade Router finally gave up suddenly during the middle of the day. I was thrust into the decision-making shopping for a new router. Wow it is amazing how much has changed in 3 years!

Feels a little flimsy, but does what it advertises

A very cute router for the feminine side in you (if you are male)

The Bottom Line: Its a great product as long as you expect to use the wireless within a close range of the product. There really isn't much heat generated at all.
