Product second to none (and there are none)

If you are serious about flight simulation, either for pleasure of for serious flight training, you cannot do better than CH products throttle quadrant. The product really has no competition it its price level.

A quick rundown of feathers:

The throttle quadrant is a must if you are using it for multi engine aircraft. Combined with CH Flight Sim Yoke and pro pedals it is as close as you can get to making you computer into a flight simulator without spending a few thousand dollars.

Another great thing is that you are not stuck with using the levers for any soft of preset function. Most games, like Microsoft Flight Simulator, allow you to assign various functions to axes. That is all well and good and makes using any controller with axes easy. But what if you want to use the levers with keyboard commands instead? Well, you can use CH provided control manager to customize the levers to simulate keyboard input. Believe me, there is about a million ways to customize this throttle, ranging from simple to complex. I have not yet found a limitation.

I have owned CH Products manufactured equipment for years and never had any problems. I do not anticipate having any problems with this one either. The products are US made and the quality is, as always, their number one priority.


SHOPPING FOR ONE:
To alleviate any confusion, there is only ONE product out there, and that is "CH Products throttle quadrant", model 300-133. There are no different versions or variations, to the best of my knowledge. When shopping for it, you will see in pictures throttles with red, blue and black knobs, and throttles with black and gray (or red) knobs. Those knobs are removable and all included with the throttle so you can customize it yourself. Some pictures show them configured one way, and some the other. But, it is the same item for sale regardless of knob colors pictured. The pictures may lead you to believe that there are different versions for sale. I thought so at first, then found out it was not the case. Just go for the best price, you will be getting exactly the same product with identical contents.
