Ben Harper the artist

I discovered Ben Harper about four years ago when I heard welcome to the cruel world playing in a cafe. Harper is great and he is constantly improving. His vocal range has gotten better and I don't see how he could improve on his guitar technics, but hey I wouldn't be surprized if he did indeed expand. I love listening to all of his albums but burn to shine caught me off guard, this dud will never be classified, which is a good thing. All four of his albums are in my heavy rotation file. For every mood he has a different song. You don't need another artist. I love everything about Burn to shine. I hated that he didn't add another verse to the title song, "Burn to shine."
