Portable and very easy to clean!

When I found out I was pregnant, a friend of mine told me that I just had to go out and get a bumbo for the baby. I decided to wait until I knew what I was having, and added it to my gift registry.

I did receive it as a shower gift and was ecstatic. I couldn't wait to use it with my daughter.

We started putting her in the bumbo when she was about 2 1/2 months old. I really believe it helped her gain head control. She was able to look around and see the world around her, as opposed to laying in a bouncy seat or on a blanket, only able to see the ceiling or sky. She loved her bumbo. She would get so excited when she saw us pull it out.

We went on a trip to the beach and took her pack n' play, her bouncy seat, and her bumbo, and we used the bumbo more than anything else.

It can be sat anywhere! Whether you are eating in a restaurant or doing laundry, you can sit your baby right there next to you and they are able to see everything that is going on around them.

You can purchase a tray for the bumbo and then it acts as a high chair. It is great to take into restaurants because you don't have to worry about putting your baby in the restaurants' high chair or booster seat and wonder if it's clean or not.

The only downfall to the bumbo is that I wish they could find a way to add straps. My daughter was a busy body and always wanted to be on the go. Once she started becoming mobile, we couldn't use the bumbo anymore because she would climb out. Although the leg holes are slim and she had chunky baby legs, she still managed to get her legs out.
