Thanks Bumbleride...

I am extremely happy with my 2006 Bumbleride Ruby Flyer. The moment I received it I knew it would make me just as happy as the 2005 model had initially. It is sturdy. It is roomy. The fabric is durable and easy to clean. The foot muff is better than the 2005 model because it cozzier and closer to the baby therefore less cold air gets in. This model has a canopy window which is great. It is exactly what someone who really uses and depends on a stroller will want.

But I feel I must tell my entire story for you to fully understand how happy I am with my new flyer. I initially purchased a 2005 Bumbleride Cosmo Flyer. While I was initially happy because of the same reasons the 2006 model made me happy, my happiness diminished as the snaps began to pop off. I strolled around with this expensive mess for a while trying to find the company contact information when I came across Epinions.com. I wrote a review and the suggestions came in. I contacted Bumbleride and began the process to solving my stroller problem.

The quick response Bumbleride had for my issue was amazing. They are great with customer service. Once I got the company contact information, thanks to the epinion community, I was able to contact Lindsey. She was very helpful. She investigated several solutions to my problem and came to the conclusion that a new stroller should be shipped out in return of my old stroller. Toady I must say that I am quite pleased with the replacement stroller and with Bumbleride. I can again be a positive advertisement for this fantastic company.
