1984 Buick Regal

My father bought this car new for $ 13,600.00. I purchased it from him in 1997 for $ 1,500.00. It is a Regal Somerset Ltd edition which has a two toned brown body and brown interior.

Overall, it has been a great car. The engine threw a rod two years ago with 189,000 miles on it. I wanted to keep the car, so I replaced it with a rebuilt motor. I basically replaced everything under the hood. It has been through two automatic transmissions in its lifetime.

I plan on driving this car until the wheels fall off. Hey, with two teenage kids in private school along with a fairly hefty mortgage, I'm not putting much of my income into automobiles.
