all well but envelope printing

Pros: Brilliant color with fastest speed compare to peer in the same price range!

Cons: cannot handle envelope printing! Changing paper size is horrible experience with inferior designed paper holder!

I bought this MFC due to the fact that it has superior printing speed both in BW and color! compare to peer.
Also built in ether net is another plus. It works very well as advertise. However, problem arrived when I try to print my #10 envelopes. I could not get my envelope printed without getting jam! What a shame for a well designed printer like this!!!
