Brother MFC-5860CN All-In-One InkJet Printer

Bought the Brother Ink jet printer because it had a $50 rebate. That made the price desirable. Sent in the required documentation, but got postcard: I had not sent UPC code. Pretty positive I did and had thrown box away so had no way to look. Later bought Brother label maker that had a $15 rebate. POSITIVE I sent the requested information: UPC, original receipt and completed rebate form. Again got post card that I had failed to send original receipt. I did keep copies of everything I had sent. Unfortunately (for me) I cannot send original receipt, because I sent it the first time. Sounds kind of fishy to me. Sounds like the old insurance scam. A claim automatically means you are sent a rejection. Sounds like a rebate scam to me. I will never buy another Brother product: No matter how good the rebate is. Just have no faith or trust in this company now.
