Works great until you move

I've had this unit for a little over two years. I completely loved it until I moved it to a new location. I followed the repacking instructions that describe to remove the toner cartridge, store it in its original bag, before the move. Now all pages are dirty with toner. I have been in contact with tech support and have followed every last detail of theirs except buying a new printer.

I've taken apart parts to clean them that Brother does not recommend. Soon I'm about to disassemble the entire bloody thing.

It's got great quality fresh out of the box but don't dare move it!!
