Nice Color Laser Printer, Great for Home & Office

Harmed My Printing For 4 Years

Very Dissapointing - 3 Times

The Bottom Line: Don't purchase this unit. Also Brohter has very poor service.
Review: Puchased this unit summer of 2005 and right out of the box, it didn't work. Brother sent someone to repair it 2 days later. We stored it for about 5 months until we started up our business. Soon after hooking it up, it didn't print margins...

Too expensive to maintain!

Review: I have had this printer for 10 1/2 months, I have spent $1420.00 in toner, $350.00 to replace the OPC belt and now Brother wants another $336.00 to replace the transfer unit. The printer was purchased from Quill for $549.98.

Poor warranty and high priced consumables

Review: This printer seemed pretty good at first, but the warranty does not cover "consumables". Our OPC belt cartridge (which is used to hold the image electrostatically) started to fail after 100 days, leaving streaks and smudges on the printed pages...

Bad at paper handling

Review: The brother cant handle anything but perfectly flat paper. Trying to print anything double sided without using the duplex is near impossible!!! The paper tray can only handle 4 sheets of paper without having a fit.

Stay well clear of this...
