Brother MFC-845CW All-In-One InkJet Printer

Hmmm...Sorry the user above had so much trouble setting up this printer....I really had the reverse: a setup so trouble-free it seems frightening, almost. Usually printers and other peripherals have drivers written for Windows and ported to the Mac, and that are a lot of trouble to install and use. Not so the Brother MFC 845.

I LOVE this printer. So much that I bought another one (the MFC 665, similar in features, different only in the phone handset) for a vacation home I own. Works absolutely flawlessly, great print quality, you can print easily from apps like Microsoft Word or Mail. It doesn't seem to drink ink, either.

The *only* issue I've noticed is sometimes it takes a little while to download a document off the network...but that doesn't happen every time. Usually printing is fairly instant. Other than that, I've been extremely happy with this trouble-free printer that talks to my Airport network without a hitch.
