Nice grill, but drawbacks and poor cust svc

Pros: 20,000 BTUs. Hotter and larger than many portables. Nice warming shelf.

Cons: Poor customer/parts service. Short burner life. Legs too short and hard to remove.

Review: Not a bad grille, but cheap tube burner does not last long and they took forever to answer my e mail queries re replacement part. Camping World, the seller, was no help, either. Removing the too-short legs is a real problem. The thumb buttons hide in ...
